The IBPS or Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is a national level examination and this exam is held once a year. In 11 public sector banks, the IBPS conducted a Common Recruitment Process (CRP) to recruit applicants for Probationary Officer (PO)/ Management Trainee (MT). Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online for IBPS PO & MT by using the official website. For the IBPS PO & MT 2021 exam, applicants should be between the ages of 20 and 30 years. The IBPS PO & MT examination is divided into two sections - preliminary examination, and mains examination and followed by the interview process. Candidates who passed these criteria of this examination will be considered for the IBPS PO/MT positions. The preliminary exam syllabus of the IBPS PO & MT contains English Language, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude. Essential Educational Qualifications (as on 01-10-2021):
A Bachelor's degree or Graduation in any discipline or any equivalent qualification from a recognised university by the approved Indian government or central government.
The candidate must have a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate confirming that he or she is a graduate and the percentage of marks obtained in graduation on the day of registration.
Age limit (as on 10-11-2021):
The age limit of the applicants should be from 20 years to 30 years.
* Candidates must have been born between the dates of 02 October 1991 and 01 October 2001 (both days inclusive).*

** An automated scoring mechanism for recognizing features associated with writing proficiency can be used to evaluate a descriptive paper of English (Letter writing & Essay). This scoring mechanism has been well-validated, and it assesses test takers' ability to write in English in an objective manner, as it contains no biases for judging responses.**
Interview:
CRP-PO/MT-XI interviews will be conducted by Participating Banks and organised by the Nodal Bank in each State/UT with the assistance of IBPS. The shortlisted candidates will be informed of the centre, address of the venue, time and date of the interview in the call letter.
• The total number of marks allotted for the interview is 100.
• The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 40 percent for general candidates (35 percent for OBC/SC/ST/PWBD candidates).
• The weightage (ratio) of the Online Main Examination and also the interview will be 80:20.
The candidates' combined final score will be determined based on their performance in the CRP- PO/MT-XI Online Main Examination and Interview.

Step One: Registration in IBPS Clerk.
- Visit the official IBPS website.
- On the IBPS home page, go to the 'IBPS PO/MT apply online' option.
- To register, go to the 'New Registration' link and fill out the form.
- Enter information such as the name of the post, your name, your phone number, your email address, and the security code.
- IBPS Clerk registration number and password are generated after successful completion.
- The registration number and password are sent to the candidates\' registered email address and mobile number.
Step Second: Upload your photo, signature, and Left Thumb Impression.
- Candidates must next upload scanned photos of their photograph, signature, and Left Thumb Impression in the step second.
Step Three: Fill in the required details.
- Candidates must submit their educational qualifications, IBPS Clerk exam centres, select the participating banks, choose languages, and other information in this section.
Step Four: Pay the exam fee
- Payments can be made through debit/credit cards, online banking, IMPS, cash cards/mobile wallets, and cash cards/mobile wallets.
An e-receipt is generated after the transaction is completed successfully. Candidates can print their e-receipt as well as the online IBPS Clerk application form.
