  • The Indian government has introduced the Artificial Intelligence-based platform 'Anulatini' app to encourage multilingualism in education.
  • The initiative aims to make available study material for all school and higher education courses, in digital form, especially in the Indian languages listed in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution of India.
  • The move is in line with the recommendations of the National Education Policy 2020, which emphasises the importance of studying in mother tongue.
