  • Microsoft and iCreate have initiated the iMPEL-AI program to empower Indian startups in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a focus on various sectors.
  • The program aims to identify and nurture 1100 AI innovators across India, recognizing them as AI Most Valuable Players (MVPs) in key sectors like Healthcare, Financial Inclusion, Sustainability, Education, Agriculture, and Smart Cities.
  • Following the screening process, 100 promising startups from India will be selected and provided with opportunities to develop their projects using Azure OpenAI, fostering innovation and growth in the AI sector.
  • Among the selected startups, the top 25 will receive essential go-to-market support from Microsoft's Global Network, facilitating their access to international markets and enhancing their competitiveness globally.
